Refund not credited after cancellation of account and equipment returned

Hi Team,

My account got cancelled in Jan 2025 and I have returned the equipment in Feb 2025. I was supposed to get the refund in Mar 2025 but my refund still not processed. Can someone please assist me to get through right contact?

AI chats are useless in this and can't connect to real human despite of asking several times. Really frustrated and disappointmled with your AI chatbat.

What was the refund for, overpayment left on the account or a non return charge and do you see a credit on your account ?

Amount deducted in Jan 2025 saying it will be refunded after returning the equipment. I can see any link to check the status. Will it be possible to share the link to check?

It says credit for May 2025 bills. Does it mean refund will be credited in May 2025?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
