Hi,
I left SKY right at the end of last year, and received their return package for my SKY Q Box. I returned it all exactly as instructed and the Royal Mail tracking shows it as delivered and I also have proof of posting. This was on the 18th January.
SInce then, i have frequently received emails telling me to return the equipment still. I went on SKY's live chat and gave them the tracking and they assured me all was ok and i wouldnt be charged/they would mark it as returned. Then last weekend i got an email saying i was going to be charged! I went on live chat again, and again was told not to worry and that I wont be charged.
Then today, a second return pack arrived in the post asking me to return the box still!!
Honestly, I have had enough of being harrased about this, and I'm almost certin SKY will still charge me, because it would appear that the whole system for this is broken and every large company is utterly useless. I have read countless posts about the same thing, dating back a few years and it seems there is STILL a big problem here. Some even got chased by debt collectors.
Can someone from SKY PLEASE stop these constant emails/letters asking me to return the equipment and ensure I am not charged. I'm sick to death of wasting time on this.

Find out more@Bimboms To get you some help, I’ve escalated your post to sky community chat who hopefully will be in contact and send you a private community message/email so I would recommend that if not already on, you turn email/private message notifications on to avoid missing any alerts
So look out for a chat bubble across the bottom of the screen when logged onto the forum

Be reassured the email & message is from Sky and your details are safe and secure.
Once you receive an invite you’ll have 48 hours to initiate a chat before it automatically times out, also ensure you login to the forum periodically for 48 hours after receiving the invite and check the chat bubble for any responses from sky and make sure you respond to each message from sky within 48 hours of each message, or the chat will time out again
NB 1 If your post has been escalated for a non return fee issue please note proof of postage is required without it refunds are at sky’s discretion
NB 2 If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the chat bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Chrome
