I've just had a message to say I'll be charged for min return if equipment, the box you sent me is damaged and can't return it , can you send me another one please , DO NOT CHARGE ME , I've tried numerous times to contact you

I have moved your post from the Sky+ board as Sky+ equipment does not need returning. It belongs to you.

 

If you need to return a router or Sky Q equipment …

You can use any packaging as long as it’s secure and you may want to put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment that is included. This link explains about how to receive an email with your return labels through Royal Mail.

Keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely and if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.

The charge will be automatically applied if the items are not returned in a timely fashion.

 

Ensure you keep your proof of posting until fully resolved.
