If you’re not already aware the Sky Community is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.

You will very likely be charged non return charges so send it back asap and keep your proof of posting indefinitely. After returning the equipment post back on this thread and we can maybe get you help in the getting the charges reimbursed.

You have not mentioned when you cancelled your Sky Q

But, on your return  from your holiday, if the packaging from Sky has not arrived, you can use your own packaging and print off your own label.

All the details are here in this Sky help article that covers Sky Q and Sky broadband returns;

@Kendo53

The packaging being sent out is an automatic process which is usually sent out during your 31 days notice period so as advised abive you can use your own. Just make sure you keep the proof of posting reciept.

Re: Return of sky equipment

I have booked for reruns colkect of equipment  since July  9 times booked in Royal Mail not once tied to collect  from home Not able to go to post office house bound and husband had heart attack  I have continuous rand to complaine  and today sky said that's not there problem  So charged £300  for not returning and then emailing me threading debt collectors  so told them send them see what happens  I've got all the bookings  on phone collection dates

@Taking+bill+twice

You should be complaining to Royal Mail. You are responsible for returning loaned equipment regardless of any medical issues you may have. A family member, friend or neighbour coukd have taken the parcel to a post office for you (and still can). Sky have correctly added non return fees, and non payment of them have resulted in the escalation to a debt collection agency.
