Sky don't provide written confirmation of receiving their equipment. We always encourage customers to keep their proof of posting or tracking information indefinitely just in case they state it hasn't yet been received.

Hi there, i moed to france recently and there are two outstanding itmens i need to return to sky. I bgavce recived an email askign for them but the return process only works with Royal Mail which ofcourse isnt relevent any more. I can add my account number in th ebox but i need an address to send them too. Can someone please help me. Theres no customer services chat stystem either just a very frustrating ai chat bot!

If you go through this link and select the option to print at home does it show you the actual label with the address on:
