Return equipment wrong address

Hello everyone,

 

I am changing my broadband contract and I have to return the sky equipment, but (despite what was discussed in the sky chat) the package was sent in my old house address in UK to which I do not have access anymore, besides being really far away from where I live now.

 

I have seen that labels can be printed from royal mail, but I still need the address (door number and postcode, in the sky details section) where to send the equipment. Can you help me please?

Sky only send out returns packaging (to the address where the account was active) for any loaned equipment they are expecting back. 

This link explains about how to receive an email with your return labels through Royal Mail.

Keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely and if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.

I read that webpage, but unfortunately as I said before the website "https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return#/details" asks explicitly for the sky contact details, which I do not have.

@MightyQuinnthat's a bit strange, because there are two sections "sky contact details" and "personal contact details" and in the second one they already asked my own address. Are you saying I should give the same address twice?

Hi @RiccardoG   It is the order address, so perhaps the address Sky has for you on file? It cannot be the return address, as you don't know it.
