Return broadband router

Hi, I want to know if I can return my new router. My old one still works fine and is all set up. Sky want me to return my old one but can I send the new one back instead?

Was this a new hub that you arranged to replace a model that'll no longer receive security updates after December 2025 such as a Sky Q hub?
