Hello, I subscribed to TV by mistake, the equipment arrived and I immediately sent it back, they told me that the contract was automatically terminated, why did they charge me 49 pounds if I didn’t even turn it on, please return the money for the service not rendered, thank you

Hi @Natalia74 I wouldn't be surprised if it was an admin fee, after all, there was a cost sending you the equipment and it's return plus all the associated administration.
