@Jon8421
Restrictions are applied automatically and Sky agents can’t override this process. Sky won’t reinstate services until you’ve paid what is owed and set up a new continuous payment method.

If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well. If you’re in arrears for 56 days or more Sky can fully terminate your subscription. Any calls to Sky will only prompt you to make a payment.

Sky don't allow payment plans on overdue live accounts, nor will they consider promises to pay on or by a certain date.

Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant. (Any payment you make over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday won’t be processed until the following week).

You should be able to pay the bill and set up your direct debit via the MySky app or online using this link
https://www.sky.com/manage/bill/

When did you become a Sky customer and why did you never receive these services as there had to be more to this that what you have said here ?

Re: Restrictions

My bill was due o in Jan I missed the paymen so they restricted my services I then got them back on in I  Feb after making h a payment then in march to Apr I was restricted again and was told it was to stop me getting into debt. I then made another payment to get it back on in April but they have charged me the full amount for the services they restricted. How is that stopping g me from getting into debt. When there charging you for the services your not receiving I e been looking at my contract and I canf see anywhere that they charge you for the restricted services only for services received.

You continue to be charged even when your services are restricted. You're still in contract with Sky, and there's nothing in your contract to say you'll stop being charged if you don't pay.

Whether or not that would stop you getting into further debt depends on whether you pay or not.

Re: Restrictions

I have been paying. But how can they expect you to catch up the payments when they keep charging you ghe full amount on restricted services. I check my bill on the tv and those two months they said there's no bill for them. But when you go to the next month they've  charged it.

You're only paying what you would have paid anyway if your services hadn't been restricted. You're not paying any more, apart from late payment charges.

I'm afraid it's up to you to pay on time, as you committed to do in your contract with Sky..
