Cancelled Sky
I cancelled sky last November.. went away end of November and got back in end of feb.. I keep getting bills saying I owe money .. not sure what for. Telling me to pay to keep it going or they threatened me with legal action..
can anyone help as I seem to be getting no where with sky. I keep telling them I cancelled. . Phoned/ emailed the numerous time. asked them to send me a box so I can send thre rest of the stuff back ..
I sent the hub etc back but need to send the sky box back..
phoned/ emailed etc no luck

@Pat92 how did you cancel and did you receive email confirmation acknowledging the cancellation from sky

If you have not received a confirmation email giving you a date of termination for your contract and you have cancelled your payments then you possibly did not comfirm the cancellation with sky, tv is 31 days notice and broadband is 14 days notice and you would have received an email from sky confirming the date that your services would end

I know this because i cancelled my t n t sports package over the phone, confirmed the date with the agent, and with in 5 minutes i had a confirmation email with the same information as we discuss on the phone

Do have proof of postage for the hub going back aswell, so you can give these details to sky and they can track it
