I've always paid my bill every 2 months, there's been no problems and you always get the payment via direct debit every 2 months. But you have cut me off after just a month today. Why has this changed all of a sudden?

@Anonymous Typically, payments for Sky services are made every month so maybe this is why.

@Anonymous
It has always been monthly billing. Nothing has changed.
Before Sky reinstate your services you will have to pay what is owed and also set up a new continuous payment method. If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will need to pay the next bill as well. Any calls to Sky will direct you to make a payment.
If you can’t pay it all in one go you can pay what you want, when you want, but until the bill is paid Sky will not reinstate your services. Sky don't allow payment plans on overdue live accounts, nor will they consider promises to pay on or by a certain date.
Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant and it takes longer at a weekend when banks are closed.

You've been lucky! Your contract with Sky requires that you pay monthly.
