My account is up to date and was on Saturday, said it would take 4 hours for my TV to be back on and still not sorted. Please can we get resolved now

Find out moreYour post is a little confusing, you are saying your account is up to date but you appear to be saying that your TV service has been restricted, if this is the case the only reason this would happen is if a bill wasn't paid. So if you have now paid it have you also setup a regular payment method as this will need to be done before it will be restored ?
