Add on on my bill

I was told jd was free for my I started getting charged for hd and ultra I rang up and spoke to someone the told me I didn't have to pay for them now I'm getting charged more £9 for one and four £4 for the other ,why am I getting charged for them when I never asked for them in the first place they gave them for free ,I'm not paying for something I never asked for ,I'll pay my bill when this is amended  I got charged last month for these to

Sounds like you had them free for a limited time. If you haven't cancelled them you need to contact Sky to cancel them giving the appropriate notice. You can't withhold payment and especially for what is technically your error.
