If your services are restricted (not cancelled) it's because Sky believe you have an outstanding bill.

Are your services actually restricted or are you seeing a restricted message when trying to access your account ?

Sky can actually cancel your account if unpaid for a protracted period - 56 days I believe.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
