Doble cobro del mes

El 17 de marzo realice el pago de cada mes, y el día de hoy me volvieron a cobrar por medio de la suscripción, como puedo hacer para que devuelvan el cobro que no corresponde, gracias.

Do you see a credit on your account because if you do it is this that can be refunded and help of which can be arranged via here if you would like ?
