So my services were restricted on the 17th as I had changed bank accounts and the payment wasn't moved over. My error, however the bill was paid immediately.
I provided DD instructions and waited 24 hours before making a call.
It is now 11 days later, my services are still all restricted. I've paid another bill in the meantime yet nobody knows what they are doing!
I have made upto 10 phone calls, made a complaint, referred to IT who was meant to action a response within 72 hours, well it's been 9 days since that ticket was raised and still no response. I ring constantly to be passed from department to department, I requested this to be taken higher and still no contact from sky.
Tomorrow is day 12 of no service on 5 contracts. 5 devices I am not able to use outside my house. I have had to buy another SIM card just so I can do my job at work and make phone calls. This is a joke. I love paying £100s a month to not be able to use 3 mobile phones and 2 iPads. Yet legally I am still obliged to pay.... for a service I am not being provided with.
Can I cancel my contracts without incurring charges?

Not if you are still within your minimum term for each contract.
how did you raise your complaint with Sky? Did you use their official process as documented here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint
Peroanally I wouldn't trust a general customer services agent to raise a complaint correctly, so if that is what happened I'd suggest ensuring you raise it via the office process.

If you were 2 weeks or more late in paying the bill then you will need to pay the next one as well before your services are restored.

Both bills were paid. Last months and this months. My account is showing in credit as my bill isn't even due out yet.
