I can't view my sky glass bill. Either the page says it's restricted or it doesn't load and just says it's continuing load.

If you are logged in with the correct Sky ID (so not an old one if you have left Sky in the past) then you will have to contact Sky about this so under “Need more help” should be the number to use:

You can also contact Sky via social media:
