Cancelling my sky

Hello just to let you know that I'm an annoyed customer who is now cancelling my contract for the last two hours I have been on the phone trying to change my account only to be told that I will get a call tomorrow as they close at 8 pretty poor as I was about to stay with sky but will be calling back tomorrow to cancel everything phone and tv not impressed 

a very disgruntled customer
