Hi,
I've just made a payment of £137 and there is still a late payment fee on my account but i was advised that if i pay £137 my services wolud be reinstated and late paymnet charge removed

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf the bill has been paid like then Sky are within their rights to add a late payment fee as this is covered by the terms and conditions. Now the payment has been paid and if you have paid the bill in full you will need to setup or setup again your monthly payment method. Only once you have done this and once this payment has been cleared will your services be restored.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@abdi91 The only way to get restrictions lifted is to also pay the late fee and setup a new continuous payment method, this will then allow you to challenge the late fee with sky over the phone
