Restricted account

Hi, I am a new customer who has tried to sort my contract out online, got right up to when I needed to put bank details, then it said something has gone wrong. tried to go back in and it says account is restricted. any advice

Give Sky a call if you are trying to renew your contract as they should be able to do this for you.
