Restricted account
Like sky restricted my account due to contact details change like am autistic and they were like awww it's due to email address change and possible fraud I went into the Glasgow buchann street store and was like they had no clue how to serve me and was only interested in his sales tucked up my payment methods and was like it will get sorted soon was like what about the vulnerable and was like package done done WiFi and sky TV was like will call them and sort it out and was like I joined sky and broadband for my vulnerable team and the team have been amazing but like changing details and devices was so stressful had to do a password and everything just want a simple setup with sky and now I can't make the payment until am paid I was like I know thay but my vip services are restricted a replacement puck has been ordered and it works so DPD are doing a door swap and I was like emme what's happening person in the store was like just wing it first tenancy first sky does not know the equality act just want a simple TV broadband and mobile sim in one plan I was like hello
