Restricted account despite never missing a direct debit

Whenever I go onto MySky to check details/packages etc, it tells me that my account has been restricted until I make a payment. My direct debit is set up for the 17th of every month, as it has been since I moved 3 years ago and I have never missed a payment. I'm trying to arrange a home move, but can't do so as my account has been restricted. What's the advice here?

I take it your services are not restricted, if not do you owe any payment against Sky Marketplace ?

I'm probably stating the obvious here but surely ask them rather than other customers?
