Request of overpayment refund

How do I get a refund from an over payment? I had a message on my account saying my first bill was over due, so paid via debit card, then 5 days later my direct debit came out. With this I am £25 in credit and would like that back from Sky. Thanks

If your Sky account confirms you're in credit, contact Sky and they'll be able to manually refund it.

If you have an automated payment set up then you should not make any manual payments.

(To be fair the system can say 'overdue' whilst Sky are in the process of collecting payments)

You'll have to call them to request the overpayment.

Thank you both, I will try calling them. When I Googled what do do it, said send a message here and Sky would message me back, so thanks for the help 🙂
