I switched over from Now broadband to sky broadband in April and im still being charged for Now broadband. How do I stop payments and get a refund?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

That's what I thought but I saw on their website that my contract is with sky. Not really sure how resolve this.
