Hi.
I already cancelled contract 20th jan. And still waiting for pre-paid returns label to return sky equipment. I want return but still didn't get any label. I already contact sky ,week ago, but they said: waiting.
My final Bill will be paid by direct debit on
12th Feb so before this time I want return to make sure I will be not charged for equipment.
When I can expect or how Request a pre-paid returns label? I call week ago and still nothing.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Ewela997 package and label isn't normally sent out until near the end if notice period in case you change your mind, however You can use any boxes you have and print your own labels from this link
