@AndreeaGhetler
This is predominantly a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers. You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting here.

What information did you give them?

Did you ask why they wanted it?

Did they ask if you were the account holder and ask you for your telephone password

Hi @AndreeaGhetler   How do you know it was from Sky, and not just a scammer phishing?

@AndreeaGhetler

Many thousands of bogus calls claiming to be 'from Sky's are made to the UK (typically from overseas shadow call centres) every day: there's very little point reporting these.

Sky themselves might have numerous reasons to ask for an email address which a customer can refuse to provide (although this may prevent service delivery)
