Renewed contract and keep getting messages to return my mini box

Renewed my contract in August which contains multi room.

 

sky are asking to return my mini box 

 

I have received 4 text messages since August and a returns label with some packaging. I am paying for this service and need my mini box.

 

ive rung once before to talk about this and he said it was sorted but just received another text this morning  6th October getting very fed up with this been with sky over 30 years and customer services is a nightmare.

 

help I need this escalating

I'm afraid you'll need to call Sky...  You need to contact them as it is likely you will be charged.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

What's the best number to call on as every time I ring sky they always try to sell me another package.

There is only one customer service number.  They do like to upsell - but be persistent.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Sky charging for a minibus I'm paying for

Hi Really really fed up with sky renewed my contract back in July to keep everything as it was paying for multiroom £8 a month. Since July have been receiving texts asking for minibox to be returned. I've contacted sky via phone 3 times now each operator saying it was sorted. Now sky have charged me £52 for not returning something I've been paying for for years what do I have to do to get this sorted its a crazy system.

Rang them that day now just had a text saying they are going to charge me £52
