Renewal

I did a 24 months re new on my contract last night and it's now coming in at £20 more than I was originally paying. I don't want this. I want what I was offered not more. Please rectify or I'll just leave as was considering it anyway

We're other customers here - we cannot rectify anything...

 

You'll have to contact Sky.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Check your future bills. Are they what you were expecting the amount to be? The first bill may be for more than the normal 4 week period.
