Problem with my bill

I've been asked to updgrade my broadband which I have but now is charging me a lot more / double what I was originally. My sky sports I want on a monthly re occurring so I can cancel at any time. Someone look at this for me as cost is very high and I will have to cancel and look elsewhere

@Joshua18 No-one here can look in to it for you, we are all fellow customers and the few Sky staff here cannot assist with your request.

If you want to discuss the price you are paying and the possibility of moving to a monthly rolling deal with Sky sports you will have to call Sky.
