Hello, Send an email to switchingcredit@sky.uk with your account details name, address and proof that your last provider charged an early termination fee such as the final bill, they may also require proof you paid it form a bank statement, once this is provided they will then put this as credit on your account. Mine was done very quickly and easy to sort out. I hope that this helps.

Re: Reimburse previous provider’s costs
@Nick294 Once you have settled the bill with your previous provider first, This link explains how to apply for switch credit
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/switching-credit-offer?DCMP=dmc-skycom:na_switch_credit#M1014
Note switch credit is limited to a maximum of £300 (service = tv £100 and/or broadband £200)
the documents that need to be sent in pdf are a copy of your final bill clearly and separately identifying the termination charges and a copy of the statement showing it's been paid
Note you must apply within 90 days of your sky service activation date
