Refunding my old account

Hi there, 

 

I have recieved an email saying that I have some money that needs to be refunded to me in an old account. It has a phone number in the email- which I have called, but it only gives me the option to recieve the money by cheque and I no longer live at the address

 

What should I do?

This has happened as there i no payment method setup on the Sky account.

 

We could usually help you via here by escalating your post to Sky about this but this is not available at present so you will have to contact them yourself so under “Need more help” if it is available should be the number to use:
