Refund after closing account

My account was closed in August and it's now showing a credit is due. I've cancelled my direct debit but just wondering how I'd go about getting the credit refunded?

At present you will need to contact Sky and speak to an agent through social media, Sky Assistant or by calling in perhaps. When calling saying nothing when asked the reason for the call normally helps getting into a queue for an agent. Sky will either reinstate your direct debit or will have to get a back office team to raise a cheque and post it to you which will take some time.
