Refunding money

How should I claim the money back that I paid Virgin media for early disconnection when I left them to join Sky.

Just to point out that it is a credit of up to £100 for Broadband and  up to £100 for TV that is added to your account.

For early termination?  That's not a refund, it's a credit on your bill.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
