Returned mobile phone still on bill

I have spoken to sky customer service twice and asked them to remove an old mobile phone that we swapped and have sent back but it's still showing up on the next 3 bills

It will show until Sky process the return.  Currently taking up to a month to process.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
