Refund

We moved home and had to wait 3 weeks for a Sky dish to be installed, we had no Sky service for that time we were advised we would receive a refund , this was August 2024 we have still received nothing even after trying to chase it up !!! Sky service as usual is extremely poor !!! 
who do we contact to get money back .

Any refund agreed would appear as a credit on your Sky account. Have you checked your future bills if not already received?
