Refund
Cancelled our sky subscription in January and there's money that keeps carrying over every month saying we're in credit.

How did you cancel your subscription, did you call to cancel and did you get a confirmation email from sky about with a cancellation date on it

If there is a credit on the account @peter-marlow+1966 that is rolling over each month and no actual bill then this suggests that the account has been cancelled.

The account is cancelled and we have confirmation of this, the money is sitting in the account as credit but hasn't been refunded to us. The last bill was taken in February. It now says we have money sitting in our balance and the credit goes towards our next bill. Would just like the money back and so far it's nothing but a hassle.
