Eubank Jr v Benn

So I bought the fight a week in advance and then had to go away. So I went back to Sky Box Office a few days before and it had a message about cancelling it in advance and not paying - basically if you watch it you pay. Tried 4 times to cancel/delete and it didn't seem to do anything. At any rate I never watched and still haven't but I've been charged £19.95. Tried to go that assistant thing on mysky but it just seemed to think I was talking about a phone bill. Can't see any way to contact Sky about this without the pain of calling up. What's my options?

How did your order the fight, did you order it online or via your Sky Tv equipment ?

You could register a complaint by filling in this online form as someone should then contact you regarding this:

Re: Eubank Jr v Benn

So I did register a complaint and they said as soon as I press buy I need to pay for it. Definitely not was inferred on the screen (there was a cancel/delete button and something about if you watch, you pay). Back and forth with their complaints department but they won't budge so I'm off. Don't really know what I was paying £50+ a month for anyway.

Thanks to all those who contributed. Much appreciated.
