Regarding bill payment

Hi, I paid my broadband bill(23£) on 6 May and again it's showing that there is a direct debit for tomorrow (23£) so why it's debits 2 times in a month? Can you please help me with this. Thank you

If you made a manual payment then as you have a direct debit setup then there is no need to do this.

 

If you are new to Sky then you are billed twice a few weeks apart once your service has been activated after which you are billed monthly .
