Refund

I've cancelled sky and they told me to keep my dd details on there so they can refund me money. How long will my money take to be refunded back

Refunds can take up to 6 weeks from the last day of connection. If the amount is already showing as a credit on your account we can maybe get you some help on here so let us know.

Just checked my account and is saying credit for a future bill of 21st August to Sept

I’ve escalated your post to Sky and the Escalation Team may get in touch with you later. They may be able to organise the refund in the standard 3-5 working days. 

Look out for an email and also a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. Once that speech bubble appears you only have 48 hours to join the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to each chat reply from Sky within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky are not instant so you’ll need to regularly check the chat thread.
