Refund

I have took a new contract having sky glass so my payment for sky q went out on the 2nd of March then they took my new sky glass payment on the 7th of March how long have people waited for their refund

@Riap123  Do you have broadband with Sky as well?  If not does a credit show on your Sky Q TV Account?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
