Refund

I made an overpayment via credit card as I didn’t think there would be enough funds in my bank for the direct debit payment. There was and sky have taken the direct debit as well so my account with sky is £27 in credit. How do I get a refund of £27?

You have to call Sky.  It takes 3-5 working days to refund.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
