Refund

Purchased 2 sims last August , one sim for Ollie Thompson   Has been held in police custody to use as evidence , I've made quite a few calls. To sky mobile  to request another sim and still to this day we've not had a card sent and if you want to check the sim it's not been used , I'd like to speak to management to request full refund of 10 months and I'm cancelling  the account x

This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are here to try to help other customers. You aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services here.

I'm not sure Sky are under an obligation to refund a charge like that if the user is remanded in custody or the phone is in a Detained Property Store . However if you are the account holder and you've had that sim for 12+ months you should be able to cancel it.

Your other thread has been removed. You'll need to call Sky to discuss cancellation but you'll still need to pay for any device not fully paid up.
