Refund

My refund has not in my account I was told it will be in my bank account today

@Sam402  If it's due in today then you'll need to wait until at least the end of the business day, if not arrived you'll need to call Sky again.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

In case you’re not aware you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.

 

Do you mind if we ask what the refund is for?

Today is a Bank Holiday. Most banks don't process any account transactions on Bank Holidays, so you may have to wait and check again tomorrow.

No @Sam402 No one will / can phone you. Your Community tag name isn't linked to any Sky accounts you have so no one knows who you are.
