New sky contract

I recently move from VT broadband to Sky and also renewed my TV with Sky. 

I agreed a price for the new contact over the phone however when I reviewed my new bill on line it doesn't include broadband?

 

I phone the CS T to query this and was told 'it should be ok' and ' probably be ok' 

 

I don't want any charges over what was agreed and feel the rep on the phone is untrustworthy.

nb. broadband activation is this week 28th
