Refund

I received an email on 14th July stating im £42.68 in credit with Sky. I am no longer a customer,  im not actually sure if this is a spam email, so I dont want to phone the number provided (08081 014 437), would rather contact you direct myself.

You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.

 

It's genuine. Confirmed by staff on here. You have been sent it because Sky have been unable to apply a credit that was/is on your Sky account. I presume you've cancelled your payment method. As long as you're still at the same address call Sky on the number on the email and they can get a cheque raised.

It is an official email from Sky that you have been sent this because they are unable to refund it to you do to there being no payment method on your account so if you have not moved address since you have left Sky if you call the address then a cheque will be sent to you.
