Refund
I phoned up last Wednesday for a refund into my bank account of £111 and it said 3-5 working days and I still haven't received it yet so what do I do

What is this refund for? Have you recently cancelled your Sky subscription?

No it was a new subscription and they said they would refund me the credit into my bank and I've still not received it

I phoned up sky to see if I could get the credit that I was in refunded into my bank account which was £111 and they said it would take up to 5 working days and that was last Wednesday when I called them about it and that's what they said 3-5 working days, I still haven't received the payment that I was due to get refunded

Sorry but we need to clarify what the refund is for to provide the best advice. So did you make an unnecessary manual payment then Sky took your direct debit / continuous card payment?
Incidently day 5 of 3-5 working days is today so there is still time.

No I cleared the last balance and then they said they had better deals for me and that's why I phoned up for a refund into my bank account and I still haven't received it and that was last Wednesday when they said it would go into my account

It's still not clear to me what you mean by the above. I suggest unless anyone else can offer different advice, if the refund hasn't happened by tomorrow (day 6) to call Sky again.
