My contract ended, and I couldn't get the refund back. Can you have a look, please

@Kurakula if you have cancelled your service and returned any equipment due back if you  have no other Sky products any credit will be paid back in roughly 6 weeks. If you want to speed that up you would need to speak to Sky over the phone.

Do you see a credit on your account or have you been billed due to returning the equipment late ?
