Refund

Have had to call sky consistently since December 2024 on average weekly basis and latest issue is relating to £25 refund promised it would be given within 24 hours. Nothing received. They are reluctant to escalate it to speak to a manager/supervisor when I find I repeating myself to different call handler.

Any refunds would take 3-5 working days to process.

 

If you don't receive it by then you'll to call Sky again.  (This is a customer-led forum)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Have you checked to see if it has been applied as a credit against your bill, if it has then if you would prefer it can then be refunded.
