Refund

I recently upgraded my broadband and asked about a 10 pound charge I had been paying for 9 years, it transpired I had been paying for a tv package I did not have, three weeks they have been looking into this and getting the same answer when I call they say we are doing a deep dive, the amount in total is 980 pound how can I take this further and get answers

You'll need to keep persisting in calling Sky about it or follow the complaints procedure.
