Refund

I was told we would receive a refund for our broadband as we have not been able to use this service for a month 

our bill has just debited from our account and we have been charged the full amount

@RobB111 typically this would be a credit rather than a refund. When was this agreed? It might take a few weeks, I've read up to 5 or 6 on related threads in the past for the credit to be applied. If it's longer than that, it's worth contacting Sky.

If the credit doesn't appear soon you'll have to call Sky to chase.

Thanks for sharing @PandJ2020 so it looks like their policy is within 30 days, which is less than my estimate 👍
